Our promise to you, our students, is to provide opportunities – in and out of the classroom – to learn about yourself and your world, apply that knowledge, and participate in the leadership opportunities that will transform you, so in turn, you can transform the world. We will provide you the framework that allows you to be the architect of your future success. Choose a major, add a minor or certificate, participate in a student organization or selective program, gain a meaningful internship, and work hard. At the end of your college career, you’ll have built a portfolio of academic knowledge, applied experiences, and leadership opportunities that will make you a high potential employee, ready to make a contribution to any organization on your very first day.
The Ohio University College of Business's philosophy is one of application and practice. Like law or medicine, you need to put into practice what you learn in the classroom. Why? Because that's how students learn best.
What can happen during a three-day span at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business? Quite a bit. In early October, CNBC came to campus to profile Fisher's MBA Face-Off team; GE CEO Jeff Immelt and GE Capital CEO Michael Neal joined Fisher Dean Christine A. Poon to open the National Center for the Middle Market; business leaders from across the nation, policy makers, media, and Fisher faculty and students convened for the 2011 National Middle Market Summit; and Procter & Gamble CEO Bob McDonald visited a classroom to talk to students and answer questions about his business experience and the importance of leadership. Each day brings something new and exciting at Fisher. To learn more, visit http://fisher.osu.edu.

I don't give a fuck
About numbers and statistics
I'd rather stay at home
And listen to the Misfits
I'm failing all my tests
My grades are takin' a nose dive
But I decided I don't need you to survive
'Cause I'm a, 'cause I'm a
Business school dropout
'Cause I'm a, 'cause I'm a
Business school dropout
Business school, business school dropout
I ain't got no dad
With a big rich company
That i'll inherit when I finish university
Won't have a heart attack
When stocks go down
Wear a suite and tie
And be another wall street clown
You're stressed at twenty five
and it's no fun to be alive
But what the fuck! You made 'em proud
